Our history in Mohave County begins with our surgeons, Dr. Glesmann and Dr. Schickner.  Both with years of surgical experience, enhanced by their state-of-the-art surgical suite utilizing surgical equipment from industry leaders such as Zeiss and ALCON, resulting in a precise visual outcome for our patients.  For years, Dr. Glesmann and Dr. Schickner have been privileged to work alongside our Surgical Administrator, Meghan R. Niswonger, RN. 

Ms. Niswonger has lived in Bullhead City, Arizona since 1989.  Having graduated from Mohave College in 2010 with her nursing degree, Ms. Niswonger joined our facility in 2012.  Ms. Niswonger continues to serve as our longtime Surgical Administrator, a position she has held since 2016.  Ms. Niswonger has led her highly trained group of RN’s and certified team members for many years, delivering a caring and unparalleled patient experience.  An exceptional Surgical Administrator, Ms. Niswonger has consistently won accolades from our patients and the Arizona Department of Health for her outstanding nursing skills and leadership. 

Ms. Niswonger is an active member of The Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN).

Member, Arizona Ambulatory Surgery Center Association
